Terms & Conditions

I do hereby declare and undertake that I am applying and shall provide my services as an independent body separate from that of the company and not in any principle - agent, employer - employee, partnership and/or joint venture or any other fiduciary/legal relationship. The company solely acts as a technology medium between me and its customers/users and I had not paid any amount to the Company for the same. 

I shall not in any way bind the company and am free to work independently.

I will provide my services as an independent body to the customers/users and shall be paid directly by the customer/user to whom I'll be providing my services.

I shall not directly/indirectly trade with the customer(s)/user(s) with whom I am engaged by the company and if the company finds me in the said activity then in that case company is free to take appropriate legal action.

In case I intend to terminate the said engagement I shall inform the customer(s)/user(s) and serve a notice period of 15 days before terminating the said engagement failing which the customer(s)/user(s) shall be entitled to take appropriate action.

I shall be solely responsible for any damage caused by me to any movable/immovable property of the customer/user.

In case I am found involved in theft or any other illegal activities. I shall be held solely responsible for my conduct and the company or customer(s)/user(s) shall be entitled to proceed against me with appropriate criminal/civil or any other action as per law.

I further undertake that I have no past criminal record.

I hereby affirm that I have read and fully understand the above mentioned declaration in my vernacular.
